I’m SO impressed with The Plumbing Firm! I had a “no water” emergency and they sent someone in 15 minutes and had it fixed in no time. The plumber was friendly and professional. Guys showed up early, were personable and explained well what they were going to do to remedy my plumbing issue and how they would accomplish it. Although they were unable to fix my plumbing issue at time of service call due to snow and ice, it was easy to schedule another service call when weather cleared.

Ethan was great. I had called about an old filter system that came with the house I recently bought. He showed up right on time. He was courteous and friendly and after testing my well water, determined there was no need for any type of filter or softener at this time. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity in not trying to sell me a system I didn't need. I will definitely call on The Plumbing Firm in the future for any filter or plumbing needs!
